1. Statement of the Problem: Mehmet are not good at writing a university level's essay, so he let other people to help him to finsh the homework.
2. Suggestion of Possible Solutions: He totally can ask help from his firend to help him to improve or fix which part he need worked on.
3. Evaluation of Possible Solutions: I can understand what is Mehmet thinking, because when the first time attend the American class, i cannot understand what is teacher talking about, and i cannot finish homework, i become very confuse, but i ask my friend for help, they help me to fix the garmmar and teach me so many big vocabulary.
4.Selection of a Solution: Mehmet need ask his friend to help and improve his writing, he cannot just give the homework to others, that is wrong and it is not helpful for him.
